an article of food which is not unsafe

the food that is not unsafe; (xxvii) "sale" with its grammatical variations and cognate expressions, means a transfer of ownership of any article of food, and includes an agreement for sale, and also an attempt to sell any such article; (xxviii)"standard" in relation to any article of food, means the prescribed and includes the standard notified by the Food Authority

a person who, - (a) acts as a service provider in relation to sending, receiving, storing, processing or distribution of any electronic communication or the provision of other services in relation to electronic communication through an information system; (b) owns, possesses, operates, manages or controls a public switched network or provides telecommunication services; or (c) processes or stores data on behalf of such electronic communication service or users of such service;

any such government facility or registered voluntary organization established for the protection of aggrieved person providing legal, medical, financial or any other assistance. These shall also include shelter homes; and

any non-testamentary disposition, in writing, of moveable or immoveable property made - (a) in consideration of marriage, (b) for the purpose of distributing property of the settler among his family or those for whom he desires to provide, or for the purpose of providing for some person dependent on him, or (c) for any religious or charitable purpose; and includes an agreement in writing to make such a disposition [and, where any such disposition has not been made in writing, any instrument recording, whether by way of declaration of trust or otherwise, the terms of any such disposition] : [and

means the agreement reached between the parties as a result of successful ADR, other than an award

means any instrument (other than a will or codicil as defined by the Indian Succession Act (X of 1865)) whereby the destination or devolution of successive interests in moveable or immoveable property is disposed of or is agreed to be disposed of

and includes any person convicted under sections 292A, 292B, 292C, 371A, 371B, 375, 375A, 376, 377, 377A, 377B of the Pakistan Penal Code, 1860 (XLV of 1860) or sections 21 and 22 of the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 (Act XL of 2016)

the same meaning given to "sexual abuse" in section 377A of the Pakistan Penal Code (Act XLV of 1860);]

the inducement or coercion of a child to engage in any unlawful sexual activity including use of children in audio or visual images for child pornography, child prostitution, trafficking within and between countries for sexual exploitation and sale of children for sexual purposes

actual or simulated-sexual intercourse, including genital-genital, oral-genital, anal-genital, or oral-anal, whether between persons of the same or opposite sex; or (a) bestiality; or (b) masturbation; or (c) sadistic or masochistic abuse; or (d) lascivious exhibition of the anus, genitals, or pubic area of any person;]

a share in the share capital of a company

a company which is conducting its business according to the principles of Shariah

“Shift” means the designated number of working hours with a starting hour and an ending hour;
